When you send an order request we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number and any note you enter. If you use the contact form we collect your name, email, an optional phone number and the content of your message.
We use your details only to process your order or message, to send you a confirmation and to contact you about the details. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell them to third parties.
Your details are stored in this website's database and are accessible only to the catering administrator. To send emails we use an external email delivery provider, which receives your email address and the content of the confirmation.
The site uses only strictly necessary cookies — remembering your chosen language and the administrator session. Your cart is stored locally in your browser and is not sent anywhere until you submit an order. We do not use tracking or analytics tools.
You can contact us at any time to ask what data we hold about you, and to request a correction or deletion. Contact details are in the site footer.
We may update this text from time to time. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
